I will be on a short hiatus to pack and move to live with my dad. I see a harvest there, and I cannot wait as I willingly and joyfully (after much tribulation, honestly) go to serve and honor my earthly father. Be back soon (Abba Yahuah willing!). Below is where I'm headed...

These are sobering questions that should keep us in fear of Yahuah, the Most High God.
The only way we can truly know Him is to fear (reverance) Him, and fearing Him is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10). 1 Corinthians 1:24 says that to those who are called, the wisdom of God is Yahusha ha Meshiach (Jesus Christ the Son). Then the Bible says that the Son is the word. (John 1:1). In summary, we must know Him intimately through the obtaining of wisdom, His Son and His word, and then only can we prevent offending Him and press in to please Him. None of us would EVER want to hear Him say to us in judgment, "I never knew you; depart from me ye that work iniquity." (Matthew 7:23) His word and His salvation is readily available to us, so let us dig deep to get to truly know Him! Take a moment and study the divine mysteries of the DAWN - this is the most profound time of the day! Seeking our Father and Creator, Yahuah, through His Son Yahusha, the LIGHT, at this time of the morning is powerful! This is exactly why David said he would seek Him EARLY (at dawn)!! Enjoy!!
Just yesterday and this morning, I received a few responses to a comment I made on a video about a year ago. I do not know this person, but this person was angry. I understand and respect the anger. This has now prompted this post, which I share with the utmost respect and compassion.
I have had an ongoing burden for all of the aboriginal people of America and all over the world for years now. It came from finding out history that I never knew existed. I will say that it was devastating to come to know these facts. And to add even more, there is much historical proof that many of these aboriginal peoples could be of the 12 tribes of Israel, and personally, I believe it and have for years now. The burden I have for these people is overwhelming sometimes, and it doesn't end. It has brought me to my knees in repentance, knowing that I could possibly be a descendant of people who did such terrible things to the beautiful indigenous people of this land in particular (America). This burden has not been light; at times I feel like I cannot bear it. As one of my faithful sisters recently said to me, this burden has been given to me that I may pray and intercede for these people for whom I feel such love and great compassion. And this I do with fervor and sincerity! I am sharing this today on behalf of the aboriginal people as well as for my other brothers and sisters who may not know this history or who have never really thought about it. The time is coming when the 12 tribes will rise, some of which have been brutally oppressed for hundreds of years. The awakening is already happening, and as they are waking up, some are doing so in great anger towards those who continue to oppress them today as well as the perceived descendants of those who did so in the past. Some of them are directing their anger fully on us (the non-aboriginal people). They feel great disdain and wrath as they realize their heritage and beautiful ways of life (biblical ways) were stolen and replaced. Can we not understand this? Surely oppression maketh a wise man mad; and a gift destroyeth the heart. Ecclesiastes 7:7 I have tried for years now to comprehend what this must feel like, and although I cannot ever realize it in its fullness, it is heavy and very sorrowful. Those of us who do not fit the category of the aboriginal people of this land need to understand this, acknowledge it, and exercise great compassion. We need to do our homework and know what happened and repent for any part, no matter how small, that our forefathers may have had in the crimes that were committed against these people. Then we need to stay compassionate, sharing in the resulting grief to those impacted. And as they continue to awaken and begin to rise up, we must be prepared to love when we are hated, bless when we are cursed, and forgive when forgiveness is not extended to us. We can also rejoice with them when all wrongs are made right and all good and holy things are restored! Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not. Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. Romans 12:14-15 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Romans 12:17-18 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith Yahuah. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Romans 12:19-20 I believe this time is coming, and if we are truly repentant, the Most High God, Yahuah, will forgive us all and bring unity and restoration in the name of His Son, Yahusha. This is my only hope, as I personally deal with this burden on a daily basis. (This is in no way to incite compassion for me; this is solely about them.) Every nation has a price to pay for the sins of our forefathers; this is biblical. However, no matter who we are, we can find rest and hope through repentance, forgiveness, and the promises of the Word. The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. Ezekiel 18:20-21 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy. Proverbs 28:13 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8 I believe that understanding this and acting upon it as I have mentioned in this post is of the utmost importance in these last days. All of us, regardless of who we are or what has happened, must continuously and faithfully walk in the ways commanded by the God of Israel and demonstrated by His Son and our Savior, Yahusha, and then endure till the end. But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Yahusha ha Meshiach, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. 1 Peter 5:10
Here are several of the scriptures I’ve come across regarding His “right hand” (although I have listed many, they are rich!!):
Thy right hand, O Yahuah, is become glorious in power: thy right hand, O Yahuah, hath dashed in pieces the enemy. Exodus 15:6 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. Psalm 16:11 Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great. Psalm 18:35 Now know I that Yahuah saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand. Psalm 20:6 For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them. Psalm 44:3 According to thy name, O Yahuah so is thy praise unto the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of righteousness. Psalm 48:10 And he brought them to the border of his sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased. Psalm 78:54 Thou hast a mighty arm: strong is thy hand, and high is thy right hand. Psalm 89:13 O sing unto Yahuah a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory. Psalm 98:1 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of Yahuah doeth valiantly. Psalm 118:15 He hath bent his bow like an enemy: he stood with his right hand as an adversary, and slew all that were pleasant to the eye in the tabernacle of the daughter of Zion: he poured out his fury like fire. Lamentations 2:4 To get the best understanding of what this “right hand” and “arm” means, we can start with the Hebrew meaning of these words. “Right hand” is the word “yamiyn”, and it means right hand or side of a person or object, as the stronger or more dexterous. So we know that the right hand references strength, which means that the right hand of Yahuah is a very strong part of His being, and we see this clearly in the scriptures listed above. Now here are more scriptures specifically regarding the “arm” of the Most High: Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am Yahuah, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments… Exodus 6:6 Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of thine arm they shall be as still as a stone; till thy people pass over, O Yahuah, till the people pass over, which thou hast purchased. Exodus 15:16 Yet they are thy people and thine inheritance, which thou broughtest out by thy mighty power and by thy stretched out arm. Deuteronomy 9:29 Yahuah hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God. Isaiah 52:10 With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him. Psalm 89:21 And Yahuah shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones. Isaiah 30:30 Yahuah hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy corn to be meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for the which thou hast labored… Isaiah 62:8 That led them by the right hand of Moses with his glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to make himself an everlasting name? Isaiah 63:12 I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me. Jeremiah 27:5 Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thine enemies with thy strong arm. Psalm 89:10 This particular word is used with other adjectives to describe His “mighty arm”, “holy arm”, “stretched out arm”, among many others. The word “arm” in Hebrew is “zeroa” and means the arm (as stretched out) or foreleg; figuratively force – help, mighty, power, shoulder, strength. So just like “right hand”, we see that “arm” is also a reference to the strength and power of the Most High. As we look at all the scriptures listed above, it is very obvious that this “right hand” and “arm” of Yahuah is none other than the Son of the Most High God, Yahusha. There are even more scriptures to support this as well, strongly implying mercy, salvation, and even rulership: Shew thy marvellous lovingkindness, O thou that savest by thy right hand them which put their trust in thee from those that rise up against them. Psalm 17:7 For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them. Psalm 44:3 That thy beloved may be delivered; save with thy right hand, and hear me. Psalm 60:5 With a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm: for his mercy endureth forever. Psalm 136:12 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me. Psalm 138:7 Behold, Yahuah will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him. Isaiah 40:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 Yahuah hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God. Isaiah 52:10 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of Yahuah revealed? Isaiah 53:1 And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him. Isaiah 59:16 Ah Yahuah! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee… Jeremiah 32:17 The right hand and arm of Yahuah is power, strength, mercy, salvation, and governance! All of these words clearly describe the Savior of the world, the Son of Yahuah! There are also other more general scripture references to “right hand” where we see power and even transference of power among men. In Genesis, 48, when Jacob blessed Joseph’s sons, he placed his right hand upon Ephraim, because he was the son to receive the greater blessing. Jacob knew that the power and strength that was given to him from Isaac and then from Yahuah when his name was changed to Israel could be transferred from His right hand to the head of Ephraim. And Israel stretched out his right hand, and laid it upon Ephraim's head, who was the younger, and his left hand upon Manasseh's head, guiding his hands wittingly; for Manasseh was the firstborn. Genesis 48:14 And he blessed them that day, saying, In thee shall Israel bless, saying, Yahuah make thee as Ephraim and as Manasseh: and he set Ephraim before Manasseh. Genesis 48:20 Could it be that the power and strength of Yahuah was also transferred from His right hand to the head of Yahusha? And since Yahusha is deity and one with His Father, this makes Him THE right hand of Yahuah – an actual part of the very being of Yahuah!! Understanding Yahusha as the “right hand” and “arm” of Yahuah enlarges and enhances my understanding of Him being one with His Father. He told His disciples that when they beheld Him, they beheld the Father. I and my Father are one. John 10:30 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him. John 10:38 Yahusha saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? John 14:9 There are even more things to consider specifically with the “right hand”. Remember in Hebrew, this is the word “yamiyn”, and it means right hand or side of a person or object, as the stronger or more dexterous. Although the Bible does not specify, could it be that while Yahusha was on the cross and had already passed away, the soldiers pierced His right side, where both blood and water flowed?! What about the creation of Eve from Adam… is it possible that the rib was taken from his right side to create her?! I would not be the least bit surprised in both cases, because from the right hand, (or right side as stated in the Hebrew), comes life and power and salvation!! And even further, we know that after Yahusha died, resurrected, and then ascended to heaven to present Himself as the sacrifice upon the heavenly altar, He said down at the right hand of the Father. If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Colossians 3:1 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high… Hebrews 1:3 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God… Hebrews 10:12 Yahusha is part of the Father, a part of His being that came down to the earth, made of the dust, born of a virgin human woman, and a partaker in earthly life, even down to the very temptations that we face. Of course, the magnificent part is that He remained sinless till His last breath, becoming the “human sacrifice” that would satisfy the law, nullify our sins ,and justify us through our faith in and obedience to Him. As I think about all of this further, I ponder the use of a hand and arm and I see the following: a handshake for a warm greeting or even confirming an agreement, a hand caressing the face of a person in love and compassion, an arm and hand extending out to someone in danger to rescue them and help pull them up to safety. These are all acts of love and mercy and compassion. These are all the very qualities of Yahuah through His Son Yahusha. This is His right hand and arm of salvation! This is the Lamb of God! Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Yahusha ha Meshiach of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom Yahuah raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:10-12 But there’s more to this right hand and arm. Thinking further, I see a fist that swings in defense of a wrong or thrusting forward to break through something, and I see a hand that can hold an instrument of destruction against an enemy. These are also qualities of Yahuah through His Son Yahusha. This is the hand the pierced the darkness in the beginning; this is the hand of judgment that will right every wrong on this earth and finally bring everlasting justice and righteousness! This is the Lion of God! For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; and hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man. John 5:26-27 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. Revelation 19:11 As I consider the scriptures and allow the Spirit to show me the depth of this right hand and arm of Yahuah, there is no doubt in my mind that this is our Savior and our Judge – this is Yahusha, the great and mighty Right Hand and Strong Arm of the Creator and Father of all things! Praise and honor and glory be to His name and His name only!! Have you ever asked yourself, “Am I really saved?” “Am I filled with the Spirit and sure in my salvation?” Do I know enough of the Word to ensure I am living as He says? Do I really know Yahuah and His Son, Yahusha? If you haven’t and you’re absolutely sure of where you stand, that’s wonderful! If you have asked these questions, you are not alone. Many of us who desperately love and follow our Savior have asked these questions, and with fear and trembling.
The prompting to write this came one early morning, and I believe it’s right on time. We are approaching a time in our world of intense trial and testing unlike anything we’ve seen, so it’s actually critical that we stop and check ourselves regularly and carefully. We have to ensure that we are truly ready to stand before our Judge, regardless of where we are, or think we are, on our walk. The last thing we want to do is face Him and have to tell Him that we never bothered to test ourselves, check ourselves, read His word diligently, and ensure that we are walking according to His ways. The thought of feeling ashamed while standing before pure LOVE is too devastating to think of. We are actually told to examine ourselves as well as work out our own salvation! Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? 2 Corinthians 13:5 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. Philippians 2:12 One part of this examination is asking this… Have I truly been washed? Have I truly received that “new birth” that the Bible talks about? When we answer yes, this is a sure sign that we are walking in the right direction! Our Savior told us this was necessary… Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. John 3:3 Being washed is basically the same as the new birth, and it will renew us in a way that only the Savior can. This is an absolute requirement in order to walk the narrow road in the Spirit. If we are not washed by Him, He said that we will have no part in Him. Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me. John 13:8 Until a person has actually been washed and experienced this new birth, it cannot be explained or even understood. It still remains somewhat of a mystery. There are so many who believe in Yahusha -- that He is the Son of God who came to the earth in human form and sacrificed His perfect self for the sins of all mankind -- but they have never truly experienced His washing. While believing in Yahusha is the first step, we must remember that even the enemy and his minions believe, but we know their demise! Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. James 2:19 Again, believing is wonderful and good, but there’s more in order to fully experience and know our Savior. Experiencing His washing means that we truly admit and see our filthiness through His eyes. We see it in its horrendous form, as compared to His purity and holiness; and then we believe with all our hearts that He is the only one that can wash us and give us His righteousness. But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. Isaiah 64:6 When we can see our sin through His eyes, our filthiness will grieve us and bring us to a state of brokenness where He can come in to our hearts and do His work. A heart has to be completely humbled, and many times broken, in order for there to be room for Him. For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. Psalm 51:16-17 For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the Lord: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word. Isaiah 66:2 Remember, it was our sin that killed Him, and we must be very aware of this! This awareness is what will bring the brokenness. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:4-5 And once we are humbled and broken and have truly repented, His work can begin. And this work will literally complete a new birth within us. It is a transformation where we die to ourselves and become alive in Him. Our spirit is brand new, and we can feel every inch of it! Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. Romans 6:3-4 Have you ever felt deep sorrow over your own sin? This brokenness and sorrow is not about feeling regret or feeling bad about the consequences of your sin; it is true remorse and grief for sinning against your Father and Savior. It is so deep that you want to turn from it and never do it again. This is the true repentance that is required, and the Father will know if you are truly at this point. Many reading this have experienced this, but many have not. Many are comfortable in their statement of faith of believing in Yahusha and speaking of all His blessings, but they are also content living “their” lives as they wish. Many tend to focus so strongly on forgiveness but are missing the fear and reverence of Yahuah. They think His only desire it o bless us and that He will not judge a “good person”. They do not know Him nor His word. While He is very eager to forgive and desires that none perish, He wants to purify us, and He must judge unrepentant sin. If sin has not been atoned by His Son, He must judge it in order to stay true to who He is. When we don’t really know Him, satan will use our “ignorance” to fully deceive us in this regard. It’s a dangerous place to be. My people are destroyed for lack knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge… Hosea 4:6 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; if you who will render to every man according to his deeds… Romans 2:5-6 These questions about experiencing brokenness over sin and being washed must be asked, because Yahusha said it Himself – we must experience this in order to enter His kingdom, regardless of who we are. The old spirit in us, the one that is fleshly and carnal, must be replaced with His. And once His Spirit resides in us, then it becomes the very way in which He will recognize us as His. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. Romans 8:9 Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts. 2 Corinthians 1:21-22 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. Ephesians 1:13-14 Those who have experienced the new birth and who have come out of idolatry, fornication, drunkenness, rebellion, and a whole host of sinful acts, will be overflowing with the desire to tell the world about their change and The One who did it. Their change will be so drastic that everyone will know. These are they who stay in a state of gratitude, because their Savior truly redeemed them from the pit; He saved them much!! I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Luke 5:32 Therefore I say to you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little.” Luke 7:47 If you are unsure, in all humility, ask yourself… Have I experienced the washing of Yahusha in my life? Have I been born again into His Spirit, which gives me His mind and His strength as well as all the righteous fruits? Again, plain and simple, we are examining ourselves to ensure that we are truly of the faith! Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? 2 Corinthians 13:5 If you want to ensure your salvation is secure, all you have to do is want it in its fullness and ask for it! This can come in personal prayer, praying with a Spirit-filled believer, or it just may be a deep heart’s cry. In all cases, He will hear the call of a humbled and repentant heart! Upon transformation, we must be ready to fully give ourselves to the One who saved us. When He gives us this incomparable, magnificent gift, He wants us to walk as He did so that we can reach the finish line of righteousness and endure till the end. And yes, His road was very narrow and many times very treacherous and sacrificial, but there is no greater blessing, no greater joy, and no greater reward!! Upon our receipt of this amazing free gift that will impact our souls eternally, it should be our joy to give our lives back to Him in this temporary span of time we call “life”. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. John 15:9 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. Revelation 14:12 Today as I hold in remembrance the “last great day” of the feast of Tabernacles, I am filled with joy! This feast -- one of the seven and the last of the seven of those established by Yahuah for His children of Israel -- is the pinnacle or culmination of the ultimate promise that these feasts represent.
In summary, these feasts tell us an amazing story that will fulfill the Creator’s plan and promise to His faithful children. It looks something like this:
So here, today, on the last great day of this feast, we remember the things of the past as we look forward to the promises of the future! These promises give us joy and hope, and therefore, we celebrate! To expound a bit more on Tabernacles in particular, we’ll first go back in the past to remember why. Yahuah told His people to have a feast unto Him for seven days, with the first day being a holy convocation to start things and the on the eighth day after the feast, another celebration and holy convocation was to happen. He told them to dwell in booths all during the seven days to remember that He made the children of Israel to dwell in booths when He rescued them out of the land of Egypt. Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto the Lord. On the first day shall be an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein. Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord: it is a solemn assembly; and ye shall do no servile work therein. Leviticus 23:34-36 And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the Lord your God seven days. And ye shall keep it a feast unto the Lord seven days in the year. It shall be a statute forever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month. Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths… Leviticus 23:40-42 There is so much in this last feast – so much to celebrate! Here are a few very important points to ponder with regard only to the numbers that are associated with it:
And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. Revelation 21:3 Even considering the numbers that are associated with this feast and their representation and significance are amazing! But there’s more! Yahuah also told His people to dwell in “booths” for the seven days of the feast and then to have a holy convocation on the 8th day after the feast. As we look into these booths a little more, as well as what seems to be the overall purpose of this feast, we will see both the past and future merging together. The past being an actual nature of works whereas into the future, we can see the overall spiritual purpose in our remembrance. Very importantly, Yahuah told His people he wanted them dwelling in booths for the seven days of this feast, specifically to remind them of the time that He had the Israelites dwell in booths after He brought them out of the land of Egypt. Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths: that your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God. Leviticus 23:42 When we think of this time, there are several important points that come to mind that actually give us a glimpse into what may precede the Israel of God in the end days as they are finally begin their journey to promised land of the kingdom and then into eternity. Here again, the past is showing us the future…
They were confirmed as His people, and He loved them, despite their waxing and waning faith. It was by Him and through Him, their sole provision, that they were kept alive and well while He prepared them for the promised land. Is this not where we should be even today? Isn’t this the very same type of reliance that we should have on Him today? Doesn’t the Spirit of our Father tabernacle within us today? For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. Acts 17;28 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 1 Corinthians 6:19 If we look closely just at the sustenance that was provided to the children of Israel in the wilderness, we clearly see Yahusha at work. Was the water from the rock the same water that Yahusha offered the Samaritan women at the well – the living water that when drank would cause a man to never thirst again? Has Yahusha not been called the “rock” of our salvation? Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: but whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. John 4:13-14 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. 1 Corinthians 10:4 Was the manna from heaven the same bread that Yahusha fed the 5,000 and told them that was the Bread of life that would be the meat that would bring everlasting life? Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. John 6:27 And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. John 6:35 Even the cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night… His presence among us as our protection and direction in the day and our light and protection at night. And even the fact that He dwelt among them and tabernacled with them… Yahusha dwells within us through his Spirit. He is always with us providing every single thing we need. He will even give us the words to speak, the strength to endure, and He will warn us and protect us by telling of us things to come. …or he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Hebrews 13:5 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. John 14:26 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. John 16:13 We have so many reasons to remember this feast and be thankful for the promises contained therein; it should be a celebration of gratitude and anticipation! All of the feasts and special days are specific, appointed times that Yahuah used to gather His people, purify them, prepare them, and show them of the wonderful One (Yahusha) to come. This One would be the very Way used to reconcile and gather all together in Him in the end, that He may be with those who love and obey Him, through His Son, in His kingdom and into all eternity. Alleluyah!!! That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him… Ephesians 1:10
make the most of this post, please make sure you have read the first part.
Moving on and understanding that the first break of light into the darkness at dawn of each day, before the sun comes up, is a complete replay of the first day of creation when the Light, Yahusha ha Meshiach (Jesus Christ) broke through the darkness at the spoken word of the Father – as if the Right Hand/Arm of the Father were bursting through saying, “LET THERE BE LIGHT”! This is exactly why His mercies are new every morning and why joy comes in the morning (Hebrew word for “morning” in both of these cases is “boqer”, and it means dawn)! This scripture powerfully complements this: Yahuah hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our Father. Isaiah 52:10 For days I was continually thinking of the awesome daily re-peat that we get to experience of this profound “breakthrough” that took place in the very beginning; it’s one of those things that makes a person shake their head over and over! On one morning in particular, as I sat outside at dawn as the light was breaking through, I was reminded of Isaiah 58:8 where it states… Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee: the glory of Yahuah shall be thy reward. I know it is no coincidence that this same day was two days before the Day of Atonement. (For those who are unfamiliar, the verses in Isaiah 58:6-12 are actually explaining the type of "fast" that our Father required of His people on the Day of Atonement as well as the blessings He would give to them in return.) In this scripture (Isaiah 58:8), “morning” is the Hebrew word “shachar” that also means dawn, dayspring, or early light (again, the time of day when the light breaks through before the sun comes up)! The word “light” in this scripture is the Hebrew word “or” which means illumination, lightening, happiness, and morning – which is the same Hebrew word used when our Creator spoke, Let there be Light! In summarizing this scripture overall, the Father is saying that if you fast as He has chosen (and as He explains in the scriptures), then YOUR light shall break forth just as the Light broke through in the beginning! Your light (His salvation – THE Light) will break through the darkness in you and you will experience all the blessings of His salvation – healing and righteousness, His glory, and so much more! This breakthrough of Light in the morning represents VICTORY! It brings mercy, joy, and victory to us! This is why it is so effective to seek our Father early as the scriptures say – at this same time of the morning (dawn)—breakthrough time! I’ve been doing this now since this was revealed to me, and it is powerful! I am not an early morning person, but I absolutely love this time now! I get right out of bed to go be with my Father and Savior, and He always shows up! It’s now how I start my day! Even Ecclesiasticus in the Apocrypha agrees that we should seek Him early (remembering that wisdom, as used in this scripture, is one of the seven spirits of Yahuah - Isaiah 11:1): Wisdom exalteth her children and layeth hold of them that seek her. He that loveth her, loveth life, and they that seek to her early shall be filled with joy. Ecclesiasticus 4:11-12 When I think large scale about this truth, it boldly confirms that every single day is yet another chance to receive the Light in our lives. How many reject the Light and go on with their lives just as they are, missing out on the victory? It's sad to answer that question. I also think of this breakthrough as similar to the return of Yahusha – His breakthrough into the darkness of this world to save, redeem, and gather those who are His! This thought actually took me directly to a study of the 10 virgins in Matthew 25, which had been heavily on my mind for the last two weeks. I know this is also connected to the Light and the dawn in some way, but I am still learning about this. I will give this little tidbit though… the Light in us is illuminated only with the oil, and the oil must be prepared and sought for! More to come on this... I pray that this second part of Breakthrough Power has been a breakthrough for you, with the Spirit fully revealing to you the awesome power of the breakthrough of the Light! This picture includes a link to an incredible act that was played out on live TV yesterday during a very controversial trial involving a white woman who went into a black man's apartment by mistake and wrecklessly killed him, thinking he was an intruder. There are many details to this story that should be considered, but bottom line, she was wrong in her abrupt actions, and she was found guilty of murder. What transpired after her sentence was announced has the potential to change the hearts of many, if only we will set aside our pride and bitterness, and allow it. I was blessed to see this live yesterday, and sat in astonishment and tears. The news people had no idea what to make of it -- it was obvious they were dumbfounded, with many saying afterwards that they had not ever seen anything like this play out in a murder trial. They were brought to tears and could not stop speaking of it. But as usual, there have been those who are calling this young man weak and that the woman got off too easy (which she may have, but who are we to decide?). Many of these people are hurt and expressing this pain through anger; however, we know that this will not lead to healing. In a nutshell, we received a gift from our Savior yesterday in the midst of great tragedy. Our Father showed us again, in real-time, human life, how it should be done. He did this in the midst of what is probably one of the most profound times of hatred, bitterness, and racism in this country and all over the world, and granted, there are many who are hurt and angry. In His mercy, He showed us again! What we saw yesterday was the following, displayed by the 18-year-old brother of the man who was killed... We saw STRENGTH and not weakness as many are proclaiming! Did Yahusha (Jesus) display weakness when he hung on the tree and said "Father, forgive them for they know not what they do" (Luke 23:34)?? No! That was pure strength founded in love, patience, kindness, meekness, long-suffering, and all the fruits of His beautiful spirit. How can anyone call this weak?! We saw true FORGIVENESS that produces freedom for all involved! Did Yahusha offer forgiveness to the woman caught in adultery when He said, "Where are your accusers? Didn't even one of them condemn you? No Lord, she said. And Jesus said, Neither do I; go and sin no more" (John 8:10). He did not condemn her! Yes, there would be consequences, and there should be consequences to sin, but this is different from condemnation. We are taught righteousness through consequences, but we are set free with forgiveness! And when we forgive others, regardless of whether they are repentant or not, they see our Light; they see Yahusha clearly in our actions, and this plants a seed that can grow and grow into a righteous plant! Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. (2 Corinthians 3:17) If any single one of us harbors any unforgiveness or any bitterness towards any person who has hurt us, or towards anyone who does not look like us, or towards anyone for any reason, then we are out of step with our Savior. Pure and simple, He told us that if we do not forgive others (and He did not put any limit or cap on this!), then we will also not be forgiven. (Matthew 6:15) But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. (Matthew 6:15) I pray that people see the beauty that transpired in the courtroom with that young man! He displayed a child-like faith and obedience that is required of every single one of us. And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 18:3) I pray that this profound display will begin to bring healing to all of us personally in our own walk as well as locally and nationally as we continue to see hatred and bitterness and racism in every corner. This should never be allowed to continue with true believers who are obedient to our Savior! Dislcaimer: I feel it important to state that I have great compassion and sympathy for this family who lost what appears to be a beautiful soul. I believe the accused was justly convicted for her abrupt and fatal actions (but those are just my thoughts based on what I know of the story - none of us really know the full story); however, the sentence is still in question. Regardless, what I choose to focus on is the gift that we received from our God and Father as He showed us, a wicked and vile generation, once again how HE wants things done! |
Special NoteThese writings are written in love and a spirit of servitude. They are not designed to judge but make us think. We are all sinners in need of saving, and we all need encouragement and absolute truth to endure on the narrow road to sanctification and ultimately eternal life. Categories
